Ellen Adarna just got real in her latest Instagram Q&A session, where she was asked to give a motivational message to someone.

On Sunday, August 27, the celebrity mom received a request to give a motivational message to someone who thinks they don't have a purpose.

According to Ellen, she had the same feeling back then, especially before she had her son, Elias Modesto Cruz.

"I don't know, day, because honestly before Elias I had the same problem. I was very reckless and impulsive but after Elias, I realized I needed to get my sh*t together," she admitted.

In the video, Ellen said everything is slowly starting to make sense now that she is a mother to Elias.

"Before Elias, waldas, didn't care, YOLO. Now I have to think about my son's future and get my sh*t together. So there, now it's slowly making sense what my purpose is, you know? To secure my son, emotionally, financially, just in case something happens, God forbid. So, there for now, that's it because I'm a mother. One step at a time," she said.

After being a Kapamilya before her hiatus, she returned to the small screen with her previous show with John Estrada, John en Ellen. She has a son with John Lloyd named Elias Modesto.
