Joey De Leon took to social media to share TVJ’s encounter with Boboy Garovillo and Jim Paredes of the Apo Hiking Society at the 450th-anniversary celebration of Pasig.

According to Joey, his first show with Tito and Vic Sotto was “Okay Lang”, which aired 50 years ago on Channel 13. That show also featured the Apo Hiking Society when Danny Javier was still alive and part of that group.

Eat Bulaga is the longest-running noontime program in the world. Its hosts, including Vic Sotto, Tito Sotto, Joey De Leon, Maine Mendoza, and others announced last May 31 that they are separating from TAPE Inc., the company that produces the show. It is not yet clear as of this writing if the hosts will take the Eat Bulaga title with them to another network or if TAPE Inc. will keep the iconic name.

In other news, Maine Mendoza also took to social media and shared a heartfelt post about “Eat Bulaga.” On her online page, Maine uploaded some photos taken at the show’s studio. Along with the photos, the TV host penned a message to Dabarkads and to the noontime program.

Meanwhile, Alden Richards shared a stirring photo of himself at the noontime program's studio. Ryan Agoncillo, one of the show's hosts, took the said photo of Alden. Along with the pic, Alden wrote a short but heartfelt caption.
