Jake Zyrus just shared on social media an important announcement, where he also openly talked about his mental health.
In a statement, Jake said he will be having a social media hiatus to focus on his healing.
“Hi all! I know I don't post a lot, but I just wanted to let you guys know that I'll be taking a break from social media for a few weeks to focus on my mental health.”

According to the singer, he has has been going through a rough ride, and many people have tried to break him.

“It's been a rough ride. A lot of people have tried to break me, so this is me fighting back, by healing.”
He continued, “I know it’s not gonna be easy, but I also know it will help me a lot."
Furthermore, Jake gave a message to those who also need a break.
