In the "Beat The Who" segment, Alex could not answer a question, which prompted Mikee to smear icing on her forehead as her punishment.

It was not only Alex who received the "icing punishment" but also other co-hosts in the show like Bayani Agbayani, Wacky Kiray and KC Montero.

It can be recalled that Alex trended a few months back after she smeared icing on the face of a waiter who served her cake on her birthday.
