Janella Salvador has finally explained the viral "higop" scene between her and Joshua Garcia in one of the earlier episodes of Darna.

In a press conference for the finale of the said teleserye, Janella was asked about the trending kissing scene.

She answered, as per Bandera, that she and Joshua were not awkward towards each other while they were doing the scene.

They were simply comfortable with each other.

Aside from this, Janella explained that they have also talked about the scene prior to doing it.

“Actually when we did it, hindi naman awkward kasi beforehand, pinag-usapan namin na, ‘Oh, we’re gonna have a kissing scene.’ Actually not just one kissing scene, basta malala pa siya, so first time ko ‘yon gawin on-screen,” Janella said.

The next question that was hurled at "Valentina" elicited peals of laughter from her.

She was asked if she and Josh practiced the scene before taping.

Recently, Janella got a makeover as Darna comes to an end, an ABS-CBN report stated.

As she and Jane de Leon were filming Darna, they note that they have established a friendship that's for keeps, Philstar reported.
