Ogie uploaded a video of Regine opening the Christmas gift he bought for her - an expensive Dior bag.

The Asia’s Songbird was visibly emotional after finding out that her husband purchased the bag she had been longing for.

Ogie also showed a clip of his son Nate receiving his tank and jet models as his Christmas gift.

“Nakita ko si misis na sumisilip sa isang tindahan at gandang ganda sya sa isang item na alam ko hindi niya bibilhin kasi nagpipigil na sya bumili ng mga bag.

“I saw the glow in her eyes as she was admiring the beauty of the bag and so i surprised her on christmas day. I really love seeing my wife getting excited over anything much more a surprise present.

“You deserve much more my love and Merry Christmas. @reginevalcasid Nate opened his tank and jet models which i used to assemble when i was his age and wanted to impart to him the joy of having modeling as a hobby. Pardon me for sharing this video but i just wanted to share the joy in the faces of my wife and my dear son. Have a blessed day everyone,” Ogie wrote.

Regine Velasquez is a famous singer nicknamed as the "Asia's Songbird." Apart from singing, she has also acted in several films and is also a producer.

In a separate post, Regine defended Ogie from a basher who chose to criticize her husband. The basher said that had Ogie been faster, he would have caught his wife and prevented her from falling into the ground. He also compared Ogie to another Showtime host, whom she said was able to rush to Regine, while he was just beside his wife.
