The news about Jovit Baldivino’s death on December 9 at the age of 29 made a lot of people shocked.

Following the heartbreaking news, some celebrities took to social media to post about the late singer.

KAMI learned that Luis Manzano shared an Instagram story on Jovit’s passing where he wrote: “RIP Bro Jovit.”

It can be recalled that Luis was among the hosts of “Pilipinas Got Talent” season 1, where Jovit was hailed as the grand winner.

On her Facebook page, Kiray Celis also uploaded a compilation of videos showing her, Jovit and their other friends having fun.

In the caption, Kiray expressed disbelief over Jovit’s demise.

“Jovit.... totoo ba to? Ang saya saya pa natin dito.. hindi ka lang naging mabuting kaibigan samin. Para ka na naming kapatid eh. Mamimiss ka namin. At mahal na mahal ka namin!” Kiray wrote in the caption.”

Jovit Baldivino was a Filipino singer who was propelled into the limelight when he joined the reality TV Show, Pilipinas Got Talent. He also won a prestigious competition in 2010. He performed all over the Philippines in fiestas and other events.

Jovit died at the age of 29. His wife, Camille Ann Miguel, posted a photo of both of them, and captioned it with crying images. His death was also confirmed by his brother Gil, who said that he died at 4:08 a.m. on Dec. 9 at the Jesus of Nazareth Hospital in Batangas.

Previously, the wife of Jovit took to Facebook and slammed the alleged "fake news" that circulated about her husband. Camille Ann Miguel challenged those making posts about her husband, telling them to make sure that their posts are correct. She then added that those who are making posts are not helping, but only worsening things. The singer's wife added that what they need were prayers and not erroneous posts.
