Ogie Diaz and Mama Loi recently aired their honest thoughts on Sarah Geronimo’s now-deleted open letter.

In the latest “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update” vlog, they talked about the possible reasons why the pop star decided to delete the post, where she apologized to her family for the decisions she had made.

“Ang akala mo nga, Loi, ay baka naman kaya tinaggal ni Sarah 'yung post na 'yon na pagkahaba-haba dahil naging okay na sila ni Mommy Divine,” Ogie aired.

“Sana,” Mama Loi reacted.

The talent manager futher said, “Kung ano man ang dahilan, kung ang dahilan man ng pagkakatanggal o pagkakadelete ng napakahabang emote ni Sarah na 'yon ay dahil inutusan siya ni Matteo Guidicelli na alisin na 'yon, o baka napagtanto ni Sarah na, 'Wala, ito lang yung moment ko na medyo gusto kong mag-emote,' tapos bigla niyang na-realize, parang ang dami nang reaksyon.”

"Oo nga, baka parang na-realize niya Nay na 'yung post niya may more harm than good. Dahil nga Nay diba, 'yung post na 'yon, naputakti nang bonggang-bongga ng mga bashers,” Mama Loi responded.

Ogie and Mama Loi then went on to share their opinion on the singer’s open letter.

"Pero na-aappreciate ko si Sarah du'n, Nay 'no?" Mama Loi expressed.

To which Mama Ogs replied, “Ako, mas naramdaman ko siya.”

"Kaya 'yung sinabi niya na mas authentic na Sarah, ayan 'yun,” Mama Loi added.

Sarah Geronimo is one of the top Filipino singers of her generation. She rose to popularity when she emerged as the winner of the television singing competition “Star for a Night”. She is also an endorser and an actress who has made several blockbuster hit films. She is married to Matteo Guidicelli.

Previously, Sarah released the music video for "Dati-Dati," her new disco-inspired song under Viva Music. She showcased her unfading dance moves in the MV directed by Georcelle Dapat-Sy. Its commendable concept was the brainchild of the Popstar Royalty herself.

Sarah recently stunned her followers after posting a "Sarah G. Update" video. In the 3-minute video, the singer gave updates about herself and talked about what people would witness from her. According to Sarah, the public would see a more authentic and more sincere version of her as an artist and as a person.
