"It’s been almost 5 months since I decided to let go, let it grow, and embrace my white hair. I’m so grateful for the many positive messages and feedback I’ve received, and for the many stories from women who said they were inspired to join me in this journey of embracing the whites," Lara shared warmly.

While Lara bared that she has grown completely used to the fact that you simply cannot please everyone on the internet, she expressed concern for other women who might be more vulnerable to online bullying.

"Many still choose to be mean, and honestly, I’m okay. I’m used to it. But for the many other women who are just starting to come out of their shells, I hope people would choose to be a little kinder. If you don’t like us showing our authentic selves, then please just don't say anything," she gently pleaded.

She noted that she deliberately gathered a small handful of the "not so nice" comments to show the reality of what women face, though she remains highly focused on the greater number of people cheering her on.

You know who you are, you know your worth, and if you don't - Know this, God loves you as you are, you are precious in His sight and you are beautiful," she concluded beautifully.
