Ruffa Gutierrez has become a huge inspiration to others after she finally graduated from the Philippine Women's University, or PWU, with a Communication Arts degree.

On the official Instagram page of PWU, KAMI learned that they released their exclusive interview with the actress after the graduation ceremony.

Together with Ruffa was her daughter, Venice Bektas, whom she shared a sweet and cute moment with at the end of the interview.

During the interview, Ruffa shared her realizations about education and graduating at this point and time in her life.

"At this moment, I'm very excited, I'm very proud. Talagang graduate na ako, I'm already a degree holder. I realized that you can graduate at any age, for me, you know, education is very important. Gusto kong magsilbing inspirasyon sa mga anak ko, for Lorin and Venice, I'm a single mom, I worked so hard," she said.

According to the celebrity mom, if there ever comes a time that she quits from showbiz, she can do other things now with her knowledge and wisdom.

"Kung sakaling gusto kong mag-quit sa pagiging artista ko, I can do other things because I'm now knowledgeable," Ruffa said.

Sharmaine Ruffa Rama Gutierrez is a beauty queen, actress, and model from the Philippines. She is the daughter of celebrities Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama. She was the second runner-up in Miss World 1993 pageant. She has two children, Lorin Gabriella and Venezia Loran with her former husband, Yilmaz Bektas.

As previously reported by KAMI, Ruffa Gutierrez's eldest daughter, Lorin, turned 19 years old on August 3, Wednesday. Aside from Ruffa greeting her 'panganay' online, both Yilmaz and Ilknaz Bektas also greeted Lorin online. In their respective Instagram accounts, both Ilknaz and Yilmaz penned sweet birthday greetings for Lorin.

Meanwhile, Ruffa was recently interviewed by Dra. Vicki Belo on her YouTube channel. During the interview, Ruffa and Dra. Vicki talked about Lorin and Venice finally meeting their dad, Yilmaz. At one point, in the vlog, Vicki asked Ruffa if Yilmaz ever supported her all these years. Without any hesitation, Ruffa said no before jokingly saying, "But it's payback time."
