Lolit Solis, in a recent Instagram post, said she plans to slow down on actress Bea Alonzo.

She did not indicate what she was talking about, though it can be recalled that the veteran showbiz columnist has been stepping up her criticisms of Bea.

“Naku, balak ko ng tigilan si Bea,” Manay Lolit said.

The veteran showbiz columnist said that her reason for slowing down on Bea is because the actress’ team never defended her.

“Hindi naman siya ipinagtatanggol ng Team Bea,” she said.

Manay Lolit also pointed out that Bea is spending her money for nothing on her publicists because of this.

“Sayang ang bayad niya sa mga publicist niya,” the veteran showbiz columnist said.

She also wondered why even the manager of Bea never defended her, if only for the image of the actress.

“Bakit hindi siya ipagtanggol ng manager niya para sa image niya, dapat meron silang way para maayos ang mga lapses, kaya lang ba nila magpa cancel ng invitation, wala man lang image building,” she said.

Manay Lolit then called everyone’s attention to the actress, saying that she looks like a bitter, worn-out star who looked like a grandmother.

Recently, Manay Lolit revealed in an IG post that plans to go to the place where Korean star Jo InSung would be staying in case he visits the Philippines. She said she wanted to do it because she wanted to have a selfie with the popular Kdrama star. The veteran showbiz columnist also said that she wanted to ask the dashing foreign actor for a kiss, though emphasized that it would be without any malice. She also said that asking the actor for a kiss is okay as she believes that “Lola Bea” would agree to it.
