Herlene “Hipon Girl” Budol left her followers in awe after she posted a photo of her in Darna costume.

The Binibining Pilipinas 2022 first runner-up stunningly donned the said costume at her fancy birthday party.

KAMI learned that the actress and comedienne celebrated her 23rd birthday on Tuesday, August 23.

“Ding ang korona! Suot ko ang costume ni Darna hango sa idolo kong si Marian Rivera ng @gmanetwork na naging Darna noon,” she wrote in a post.

Herlene elatedly shared, “Natupad na din ang pangarap kong magsuot ng Darna costume sa aking kaarawan.”

Herlene Nicole Budol, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin”. She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her YouTube vlog now has over two million subscribers. Herlene was first runner-up and won several minor awards at the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant.

Herlene said she was touched by a video that compiled the highlights of her inspiring journe. The said video displayed clips of Herlene as a “Wowowin” host until she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas 2022 1st Runner-Up. The first clip showed Herlene hilariously telling Willie Revillame that she would join Binibining Pilipinas, “Magpapatalino lang ako ng onti." Little did she know that her joke would soon become a reality.

Herlene recently uploaded a video of her digital billboard. It's for the famous brand of jeans, which is JAG, as she was also hailed as the Jag Queen in Binibining Pilipinas 2022. This is aside from winning first runner up on the said prestigious beauty pageant.
