The singer opened up that she has been feeling "unhappy" about her looks and her health lately.
She unhesitatingly stated the reasons why.
"Lately, I have been really feeling “unhappy” about my health and how I look. I felt like I have “let go” and have not really taken care of myself. I became too comfortable in my own skin and I have forgotten how it felt like to feel and look good," she wrote.

Thus, the celebrity mom came up with the decision to do something about what she has been feeling.
And that is to improve her fitness, health, and how she carries herself.
Carol likewise provided some tips for her fellow moms who share the same sentiments.
"People who know me well, know that I always dress for comfort. I don’t really plan on changing much about how I carry and take care of myself. Living here in the US and having to do everything yourself, doesn’t really give you the luxury of time to “fix yourself up.” But I will try. Whenever I can. For me. So I can start loving and feeling happy about myself and my health again," she added.

Carol Banawa is famous Filipina singer, who is now based in the US. She popularized numerous of songs such as 'Bakit 'Di Totohanin,' 'Iingatan Ka,' and 'Kanino Ba.'
In a previous report by KAMI, Carol recalled how she and her son fell ill way back in February. She recounted that her son had a high fever, chills, congestion, body ache, and she also had the same symptoms without congestion. Carol concluded that they may have had COVID and they just didn't know it and warned others to be extra careful because the virus is "grabe."
Earlier, on Carol's Instagram account, she posted a clip of her daughter singing. The proud mommy could not hide how happy she is with her daughter's performance. The said video also gained various reactions from netizens. She also previously uploaded a clip of herself, singing an Adele song. It went viral with more than 20,000 views on Instagram.
