Alex Gonzaga, sinubukang mag-advance ng P500k kay Mariel Padilla bilang prank

- For the prank, Alex decided to see if she could get Mariel to lend her Php 500,000 for a bag she wanted

Alex Gonzaga, 34, decided to pull a hilarious prank on her family, as well as, celebrity friends for a fun and amusing "friendship test" video for her channel.

Included in the celebrities that Alex decided to prank was Mariel Padilla, who is also a close friend of her sister, Toni Gonzaga.

For the prank, KAMI learned that the actress-host decided to ask Mariel if she could lend her Php 500,000 for a bag she wanted to buy.

Before pranking Mariel, however, Alex revealed that Mariel has been asking her to sell some of her secondhand items already.

In the vlog, Alex explained, "Gusto ni Ate Mariel na ibenta ko yung mga secondhand ko sa live selling niya. Ngayon, ang gagawin ko, 'Ate Mariel, maga-advance muna ako sayo.'"

When Mariel picked up, Alex wasted no time in trying to prank her good friend which led to a hilarious disaster.

"Ano lang, Ate Ma, meron lang akong ano, kung pwede sayo. Diba sabi mo magbenta ako sayo ng mga secondhand? Kaso may bibilin ako na bag, so mag-advance muna ako sayo ng P500,000," Alex said.

However, much to Alex's shock, Mariel was not convinced at all and proceeded to tell Alex that she knows she was being pranked.

"Ako ay pina-prank mo ah. Pina-prank mo ko! Madami kang pera, pina-prank mo ko! Eh kasi kilala kita! Kilala kita talaga to the max," Mariel exlaimed.

Alex Gonzaga is a Filipina actress and comedienne, best known for being one of the most successful YouTube vloggers in the country. She is also the sister of actress Toni Gonzaga.

In the vlog, Alex gave her fans and followers a glimpse into her "first home" with Mikee Morada. During the tour, the actress-host shared that she decided to renovate the place, especially after they encountered a leakage problem.

Meanwhile, Alex recently invited Laboching, her co-host on "LOL," on her YouTube channel. In her vlog, Alex revealed that she enlisted the help of Laboching to prank Mikee Morada. For the prank, Alex asked Laboching to try and flirt with Mikee to see his reaction. By the end of the vlog, the actress-host then asked netizens not to bash Laboching.
