Senator Grace Poe expressed her gratitude to all the people who personally showed their condolences to their family, following the death of her mom, Susan Roces.

She even posted some photos of the ones who went to her mom's wake.
It includes famous celebrities such as Jolina Magdangal, Vice Ganda, Edu Manzano, and many others.
Through her post, Sen. Grace sincerely conveyed her gratitude to them.

"Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa lahat ng mga nakatrabaho at nakasama ng aking ina sa industriya sa inyong pakikiramay at pagpapatotoo sa kabutihang loob ni Susan Roces. Napakasarap marinig ang inyong magagandang pag-alaala sa makabuluhang buhay ng aking ina," she wrote.

Susan Roces was a Filipina actress who became one of the most successful and most respected celebrities in the Philippines. She married “Da King” on December 25, 1968, and adopted a daughter who is now Senator Grace. In 2004, FPJ died at the age of 65 after suffering from a stroke and was later on described by doctors as multiple organ failure. Susan passed away on May 20 at the age of 80 due to cardiac arrest.
In a previous report by KAMI, Senator Grace felt emotional and grateful after her fellow senators tried to comfort her during a recent Senate session. Poe promised to do her job as a senator even though she is grieving as her mom Susan taught her to always accomplish her tasks. Senators Tito Sotto, Migz Zubiri, Pia Cayetano, Sonny Angara, Nancy Binay, Ralph Recto, and Joel Villanueva were seen in the pics comforting Poe.
Earlier, Sen. Grace Poe visited the grave of Fernando Poe Jr. for his 16th death anniversary. She posted a photo of her lighting candles in front of his father’s tomb. The commemoration was different from the previous years due to the pandemic. The senator expressed that even if Da King’s loved ones could not gather, he remains in the heart of and memory of everyone.
