Kiray Celis, 26, has earned praises from several netizens on social media after she decided to give her mother, Meriam Celis, a sum of money for her 57th birthday.
On her Instagram account, @kiraycelis, KAMI learned that Kiray began by pulling a hilarious prank on her mom on her special day.
In the video, Kiray asked her mom to pull a cake topper off from the cake, similar to that of a money-pulling cake.

However, much to the amusement of Kiray and her family, Meriam was stunned to see nothing but just the cake topper.

Eventually, Kiray asked her mother to pull one of the toppers off from the cake which eventually revealed the money.
Kiray and her family then cheered in the viral video which has been earning praises from netizens online.
"Last year, 56 ka so 56k. Ngayon, 57 ka, 57 thousand pesos na. Ma, every year na ba 'to? Kasi sa July 63 naman si papa. So paano na ako? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Happy happy birthday mama!"

Born on July 29, 1995, Kiray Celis started as a Kapamilya child actress then later transferred to GMA Network. She became popular when she joined the ABS-CBN show "Goin’ Bulilit". She was on the show until she graduated in 2009.

When it was her father's turn to try the challenge, she suddenly placed a box on his tray. The said box was that of a brand new phone which her father has been eyeing for quite a while.
Meanwhile, Kiray Celis recently took to social media to express her gratitude to her boyfriend, Stephan Estopia. Previously, netizens were stunned when Kiray revealed that she was surprised with an iPhone 13 by her boyfriend. In her viral post, netizens laughed hard when Kiray mentioned that all she wanted was a loyal man.
