“I have to be honest, a big part of my heart is really leaning towards public service… Mom has always taught me–– and everyone in our family–– it’s a very big sacrifice also,” Bimby shared.

He further explained that pursuing a political career is not something he would decide on without carefully considering its consequences. According to him, the responsibility extends beyond his personal life because it also involves the welfare of the people he would potentially represent.

“You really have to think about it carefully because it’s not just you–– it’s a very big responsibility because you hold the keys to everyone,” he explained.

When discussing how he would approach a possible career in politics, Bimby revealed that he would rather begin at the local level instead of immediately pursuing a national position.

He also drew inspiration from his grandfather, the late Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino Jr., who served as the country's youngest elected vice governor during his time.
