The literary work she made, which the actress then uploaded to a website called The New Hue, asks everyone to take a breath when everything is not going their way.
“Hinga. Kung ang alon ay masyadong malakas at mahirap hulaan, ‘wag sabayan. Kumalma at subukan mong sayawan ito,” the actress wrote.
She also said there are times one thinks they’re okay but when it truth they’re not.

“Sa mga oras na akala natin ayos na tayo, hindi pa pala. Ang ihip ng hangin laging nag-iiba-iba,” she wrote.
In this situation, she said everyone should take a breath if the world becomes really noisy because by doing so, fears about the time will ebb away.
“Hinga. ‘Pag nararamdaman mo na masyado nang maingay. At sa paghingang ito ay bitawan mo ang pagkatakot mo sa oras,” Nadine said.
The actress also encourages everyone to be kind to those they meet, whether a human being, animal, or nature.
“Maging mabait sa iyong mga nakakasalamuha, maging tao man, hayop o kalikasan. Dahil ang pagtrato mo sa mga ito ay ang pagtrato mo sa sarili mo,” the actress added.
Nadine then asks readers to be kind to themselves because in the end, the only ally one would have is oneself.
“Hinga. Maging mabait sa iyong sarili. Sa dami ng iyong karanasan ay alam mo nang walang ibang kakampi sa ‘yo at walang makikiramay sa pinakamasakit na pagluha kundi ang sarili mo. Ibigay mo ‘yan sa kanya dahil kahit minsan, hindi ka niya tinalikuran,” Nadine said.
