Megastar Sharon Cuneta recently expressed her gratitude, through a post on her Instagram account, to Jake Ejercito for giving his wholehearted support to the Leni-Kiko tandem.

She also revealed that from the very beginning, Jake has already supported the tandem.
Jake is the son of former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada and Ms. Laarni Enriquez.

Former President Estrada, along with his son Sen. Jinggoy, has declared his support for the candidacy of former senator Bongbong Marcos.
“Si Mr. Jake Ejercito po na anak ni Pres. Erap at Ms. Laarni Enriquez ay sa simula pa lang ay all-out na ang support kay VP Leni at kay Kiko,” Shawie wrote in her post.
She then thanked Jake and said that his support means a lot for the young children, grand-children, and children of generations to come.
“Buong puso ang pasasalamat namin sa iyo, @unoemilio !!! Para sa kinabukasan ng ating mga anak, apo, at mga henerasyon pang darating! Mabuhay ka at ang ating bansa!” the Megastar wrote in his post.
Sharon Cuneta, commonly known as the 'Megastar' in the local showbiz industry, is a prominent and veteran celebrity in the Philippines. She already expressed her intent to retire from showbiz.
Mega was also the main topic of the video clip uploaded by Kim Molina. The footage showed the reaction of Sharon when she saw Kim and Jerald at the Pasay rally. She was all smiles and the joy on her face was really evident. The Megastar then quickly hugged Kim and even touched her face, a gesture of closeness and affection. Thereafter she hugged both Kim and Jerald and smiled at the vide, which Jerald was taking with his phone.
Shawie also took to Instagram and greeted Asia's Songbird a happy birthday. The Megastar endearingly called Regine Velasquez as her "Nana." She also stated that Regine holds a special place in her heart and that she loves the birthday girl very much. Sharon then hoped and prayed for God's protection for the family of Regine.
