“Ibang level and feels rin talaga ang house-to-house campaign. It touches you, inspires you and most of all, humbles you. Really makes you want to do more as a citizen. This is why we are dedicated to do what we do,” Nikki said.

The actress also said that whatever the status of one’s life is, he is, first and foremost, a Filipino.

“Sa house-to-house experiences ko with all our tireless volunteers nararamdaman na iisa ang layunin ng lahat— angat na buhay at mas maliwanag na bukas ng Pilipinas! Ano man ang estado mo sa buhay, PILIPINO KA. PILIPINO TAYO,” the actress said.

She explained it is not about one’s interest anymore but for the general and collective good of all.

The actress then reminded everyone there’s only 20 days remaining before the elections and that each one has the power to help one another.

“20 days to go bago ang eleksiyon.

She then reiterated that the victory of VP Leni and Sen. Kiko will be a triumph for all.

Gawin natin ang tama,” Nikki said.

She also asked those in the other camps to refrain from being cynical towards other people who have already chosen their own set of candidates. The actress is among those who support the candidacy of Vice President Leni Robredo and Sen. Kiko Pangilinan. Nikki also asked those who have a different set of candidates to first think hard about why she chose VP Leni and Sen. Kiko before they make a comment on her post.

Nikki would occasionally post on Instagram about the happenings in her life. Last year, she shared the message she wrote for her husband on the occasion of their seventh anniversary. She thanked him for his love for her and for sticking with her through the most turbulent times in her life.
