Cristy Fermin sa pag-apologize ni Sharon Cuneta dahil sa post niya ukol sa kanyang kanta: “Mabuti naman”

Cristy Fermin recently reacted to Sharon Cuneta’s post apologizing for her earlier rant against senatorial candidate Atty. Salvador Panelo who sang “Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas” in an event.

In the latest episode of Cristy Ferminute, the veteran showbiz reporter claimed that even before Sharon publicized the apology, the Megastar had sent to her a copy of it.

“Kung natatandaan mo Romel, meron akong binasang text na pagkahaba-haba sa inyo ni Morly. Anim na tiwayway 'yun. Kanina, nu'ng sabihin nila na meron daw na apology si Sharon, pero 'di niya binanggit si Atty. Sal Panelo. Ang sabi niya, sa lahat ng kanyang mga nasaktan at nasagasaan, sa kanyang mga Sharonians, 'I'm sorry'. Eto 'yung pinadala niya sa 'kin na text nu'ng Linggo. Eto 'yun.”

Nanay Cristy then lauded Sharon for owning up to her mistake.

“Mabuti naman, 'di ba? Mabuti naman at nanghingi siya ng mga paumanhin. Naghingi siya paumanhin sa mga taong nasagasaan at nasaktan sa kanyang mga sinabi. 'Yun lang naman ang pinakamahalaga, kapag ang tao marunong humarap sa katotohan, may punto siya do'n.”

“Hindi katulad ng iba na alam na nilang mali sila, alam na nilang sila nagkulang, sila ang mangmenos ng kapwa nila, tama pa rin sila.”

“Kapag marunong kayong manghingi ng sorry, magiging mabait din ang kapalaran sa atin,” Cristy added.

Sharon Gamboa Cuneta-Pangilinan or Sharon Cuneta, also known as the Megastar, is a Filipino actress, singer, television host, and commercial endorser. She was born on January 6, 1966, in Santa Mesa, Manila, Philippines to the late Pablo Cuneta, a former Mayor of Pasay City, and Elaine Gamboa, the sister of Helen Gamboa, wife of Philippine Senate President, Vicente “Tito” Sotto III. Sharon is married to lawyer and politician, Kiko Pangilinan.

Earlier, Sharon could not hide her shock and disappointment over Atty. Salvador Panelo singing her hit songs 'Sana'y Wala Nang Wakas' at Sara Duterte's meet-and-greet. On Instagram, Sharon told them not to "mess with a classic".

After she drew flak because of her reaction, Sharon posted, "From now on, good vibes only." The Megastar even included cute heart emojis in her post.
