After the church wedding, they held a wedding reception at Los Arboles in Tagaytay.
They were engaged for a year before finally getting married last weekend.

On Instagram, Sam YG uploaded some photos taken during their wedding day. He credited Pat Dy for the stunning wedding pictures.
In the comments section, many netizens expressed their happiness for newlyweds.

Sam YG is a popular television and radio host in the Philippines. He is best known for being one of the three Boys Night Out hosts on Magic 89.9 and for being a former co-host on Eat Bulaga! He got married to pageant executive Essa Santos last March 12 in Cavite. Before his relationship with Essa, Sam was romantically involved with fellow host Joyce Pring.
Joyce is now married to actor Juancho Trivino. Their wedding was held at Sofitel Philippine Plaza on February 9, 2020. Some famous personalities from the Kapuso network were spotted in the aforementioned event. Joyce's co-hosts in the morning newscast show, Unang Hirit, were also able to witness the special celebration in her life. Susan Enriquez, Suzi Entrata-Abrera, Connie Sison, and Lyn Ching were among the attendees.
In a previous report by KAMI, many celebrities felt overjoyed after Sam YG announced his engagement to Essa. He shared a photo on Instagram showing the romantic moment when he popped the question to Essa. In the caption, the radio personality proudly shared that Essa said “yes” to his proposal.
