In a brand-new sit-down interview uploaded to DJ Chacha's official YouTube channel, the lovely actress bared her soul regarding her private life.

When the popular host asked Elisse to rate her current overall happiness on a scale from 1 to 10, the celebrity confidently placed herself at a strong 9.

When DJ Chacha playfully poked to find out what was missing from making it a perfect score, Elisse cracked a smile before sharing an honest longing.

"I think kasi happy naman ako where I'm at now. Hindi naman sobra-sobra yung meron ako, pero laging provided for," Elisse expressed thoughtfully. "Siguro yung kulang lang... I just want to be loved," she confessed.

The lighthearted conversation immediately turned to the various rumors floating around, leading DJ Chacha to ask directly if Elisse is currently single.

"Single," Elisse answered clearly, adding that she isn't seeing anyone right now. "One year na," she also added.

Reflecting on her full year of single life, Elisse bared that this is the very first time she has spent such a long, uninterrupted stretch prioritizing her own mind, body, and soul.

While she admitted to trying out the casual dating and talking stages before, she noted that none of it stuck because she has developed a much firmer stance on what she wants for her tomorrow.

"Feeling ko kasi nasa age na ako na alam ko na yung gusto ko. Alam ko na yung dapat for my future. Alam ko na yung hindi ko kayang tanggapin," she explained firmly.
