Xian Gaza has taken to social media to lecture his friend Darryl Yap over a video directed by the latter.

The said video posted on the respective Facebook pages of the director and Sen. Imee Marcos shows Imee and her two aides talking about a certain “Len-len” who fainted after working 18 hours a day.

At the end of the video, a text that reads “Anyone who claims to work 18 hours a day is either lying or stupid” appeared. According to the caption, the said line came from a foreign study.

In a now-viral Facebook post, Xian aired his honest thoughts on the controversial video.

“Kahit matulog ako 18 hours a day... kahit tumambay ako for 18 consecutive days... kahit magbakasyon ako for 18 weeks... kikita pa rin ako ng milyones pero never kong i-invalidate yung mga taong nagtatrabaho ng higit disiotso oras kada araw para lamang i-prove yung point ko sa pulitika. Hindi tama. Very wrong.”

Xian then went on to pen why he is criticizing his friend.

"’Eh Xian, 'di ba tropa mo si Darryl Yap?’ Kahit kaibigan o kakilala pa kita, ang mali ay mali. Pero hinding-hindi ko tatapusin ang ating pagkakaibigan nang dahil lamang sa isang opinyon na hindi ako sang-ayon. Ang tunay na tropa ay ico-correct ka sa mga panahong nawawala ka sa tamang hulog.”

The businessman and influencer likewise wrote a series of comments about Darryl.

Xian Gaza is a social media influencer and entrepreneur. He is well-known for his lavish date proposals to celebrities. Xian trended online after asking BlackPink’s Jennie out for a date using billboards in the Philippines and Korea.
