Kris Bernal recently had an emotional guesting on Toni Gonzaga’s online show, ‘Toni Talks’.

In the program’s newest episode uploaded on Sunday, December 19, Kris could not help but cry while recalling a remark on her body which she heard from her bosses.
“Actually naisip ko pa nga, Ms. Toni, baka rin, ito lang naisip ko ah, baka lang din kaya hindi na ako masyadong nakakakuha ng projects because of how I look now.”
“Siguro, parang lagi lang din sinasabi sa akin ng mga people like on top, like let's say my bosses or whatever, na 'magpataba ka', ganyan.”

“So parang feeling ko, naging hindrance ba siya sa akin para, you know, para maging artista?”
Kris then went on to share why she did not stop working out despite the “magpataba ka” remark.
“It's my way of releasing my stress, I feel the healthiest when I work out, alam mo 'yun. So parang naisip ko lang din, kailangan ko siya, gusto ko din siya. Pero parang ang weird na umabot ako sa point na pipiliin ko ba 'yung career ko or pipillin kong maging healthy.”
