She was donned in a pink swimsuit in two photos that highlighted her lovely figure, which could easily make a lot of women envious.

In another photo, she was wearing pinstriped beach shorts and a cropped shirt, which also highlighted her sculpted waistline.

Although many netizens were quite impressed with her physique, the premier actress feels that she has gained weight, as per her caption.

"I gained weight, I am eating more and I am content. Still doing exercises because I have to “oil my joints” and strengthen my bones. Women my age… just keep on moving. Dance. Stretch. Laugh."

But at 57, Rita Avila is truly a rare find.

Rita Avila, or Josefina Pascual Yasto in real life, is a Filipina actress and author. She wrote a book called "8 Ways to Comfort with Grace" which centers on her sad moments when she and her husband lost their three-week-old son.

Rita Avila took to Instagram and reposted the tweet of Jaime Fabregas against Mayor Isko Moreno. The veteran actress has been very open when it comes to criticizing the Manila Mayor, especially after his tirades against VP Leni Robredo. The post of Jaime that the actress retweeted was the one where the veteran actor was saying that Isko and Duterte are allegedly the same. Rita previously called out Isko and said that what he did was "nakakahiya" and she said that she herself defended him from the President when he was the one being attacked.

She also took to Instagram to air her thoughts on the recent statements of Mayor Isko Moreno against VP Leni Robredo. She reposted a quote card of Mayor Isko and included her own caption beneath it. The veteran actress told Mayor Isko that if he could not understand what VP Leni was saying, then it may be a signal that he could not lead the Philippines. She also urged Isko to listen to what VP Leni is saying so that he would be able to deepen his understanding.
