The actress and the former DILG Secretary announced their engagement more than a week ago.

According to Kris, her son said that his Tito Mel’s business cards and contact information should include the word “babe.”

“Bimb had jokingly demanded that all his Tito Mel’s calling cards & contact info should now be Mel “babe” Senen Sarmiento,” Kris wrote in her post.

The Queen of All Media said that Bimby said he’s the real baby of the family so Kris and Mel should come up with another term of endearment, though he finally relented after sleeping on the issue.

“Finally pumayag din after a night, gusto lang kaming i-good time pero yun na ang binitawang salita na dapat daw kahit sa post ko, isali rin yung “babe,” Kris said.

The actress then remarked that the humor of Gen Z is different from that of Baby Boomers and Gen Xs.

“Iba talaga ang humor ng Gen Z, kaya sakay na lang the Baby Boomer Tito & the Gen X mama. Pasensya na, okay?” said Kris.

Though they already have announced their engagement, Kris and Mel still have to make public their wedding plans.

Kristina Bernadette Cojuangco Aquino, better known as Kris Aquino, is a Pinay actress, TV host, producer, endorser, and businesswoman. She was born on Feruary 14, 1971 to former Senator Benigno S. Aquino, Jr. and former President Corazon “Cory” C. Aquino. Kris is the younger sister of former President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III. Kris was thrust into the limelight when her father, former Sen. Aquino, was assassinated in broad daylight. Instead of taking the political path, however, Kris joined the showbiz industry and made her debut in the movie Pido Dida: Sabay Tayo. The actress admits that she and her fiancé, former DILG Secretary mel Senen Sarmiento, were still in the process of adjustment. Nevertheless, Kris said she’s a “fool” if she would let go of Mel. For the part of the former DILG Secretary, he said he will take care of Kris and that he will be with her for his lifetime.
