Derek Ramsay recently hit back at a tabloid for its report about Ellen Adarna, John Lloyd Cruz and their son, Elias Modesto.

As per the screenshot uploaded by Derek, the tabloid shared a post allegedly claiming that his fiancée did not let Elias bear John Lloyd's surname on their wedding invitations.
"Buking sa wedding invitation... ELLEN, 'DI IPINAGAMIT SA ANAK ANG APELYIDO NI JOHN LLOYD. Huwaaaat?" it posted.
The Kapuso actor also provided a cropped photo of their wedding invitation showing only Adarna as Elias’ last name instead of Cruz.

In another screenshot, their legal counsel, Atty. Joji Villanueva Alonso, shared in a comment section the complete print on the invitation.
“RING BEARER
Elias Modesto Adarna Cruz,” it reads.
Meanwhile, in the caption, Derek said, “We will definitely take legal action on this!”
“Don't ever attack my family,” he added.
