Raffy Tulfo has just declared with conviction that the drug war of the present administration was a failure. The popular TV and social media personality used the words "definitely a failure" to describe the drug war. He even mentioned how Pres. Rodrigo Duterte promised to solve the drug problem in the country in a matter of six months. The senatorial aspirant then added that such six-months timeline did not happen and mentioned that "lately, siya mismo umamin na ‘hindi ko pala kaya, akala ko kaya.’"
Sen. Bato dela Rosa hits back at senatorial candidate Raffy Tulfo for the latter's statement regarding the drug war. "Who is he to say that the drug war is a failure?" asked Bato.
