Zoren Legaspi opened up about his views on handling temptation during an appearance on the talk show "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" on Wednesday, August 12.

Explaining how external factors like alcohol can impair judgment, Zoren noted that various brackets of temptation exist, including those heightened by drinking where a person forgets themselves:

"Ang daming kasing temptation, ang daming bracket niyan. May temptation na kaya nagkaroon ng temptation dahil uminom ka. Humina ngayon yung, you know, nakalimot ka eh."

Boy added that a person's natural self weakens, to which Legaspi agreed, explaining that some temptations are misleading and mask themselves as harmless friendships.

The actor elaborated on how a person can get carried away by deceitful situations: "Oo, kumbaga nagkaroon ka ng spirit of liquor. Naging flirty ka ngayon, naano ka dun sa tukso. May mga ganun eh. May tukso naman na deceiving. Hindi mo alam na tinutukso ka na pala. Eh akala mo kay kai-kaibigan lang, nanonood kayo ng sine, hanggang sa hindi mo alam na nade-deceive ka na, natutukso ka na pala."

When asked what kind of temptation he has personally gone through recently, Zoren clarified that he has not encountered any, attributing his resilience to his faith.

The actor credited his spiritual commitment for keeping him grounded: "So far, wala naman. Kasi it boils down to, 'pag loyal ka kay God, loyal ka sa lahat."

Zoren further elaborated: "Merong mga loyal, but you're gonna make a mistake. Kaya nandyan nga yan, kaya nga may kantang 'Tukso, layuan mo ako,' di ba? Everyday nandyan yan, hindi mawawala yan because 'yan yung, kumbaga, sa kalaban 'yan."

Boy later shifted the conversation to Zoren's marriage, asking if he has ever given his wife, Carmina Villarroel, a reason to feel jealous.

The actor firmly denied giving his spouse any cause for insecurity:

"As far as I know, wala."
