Apple David has warned her online critics that they may be held accountable for the comments they posted, even if they used personal or anonymous accounts.

In a public Facebook post, the courtside reporter hinted that she was preparing to take the issue further. She opened her message with a phrase suggesting that the situation was entering a more serious stage.
“Papunta na tayo sa exciting part,” Apple wrote, adding lawyer and scales of justice emojis.
The sports personality then repeated her earlier reminder that social media users are still accountable for what they post. She stressed that this applies not only to personal profiles but also to dump accounts.

“I already said it before that everyone on social media, personal or dump account are covered by the law and can be traced,” she stated.
Apple did not identify any individual in the post. She also did not disclose whether a formal complaint had already been filed.
However, her message indicated that she had taken note of some of the comments directed at her. The courtside reporter warned that removing them at this point might already be too late.
“Too late to delete comments now. I’ll see some of you guys soon,” she added.
Despite the serious tone of her warning, Apple ended her post by telling everyone to stay safe.
Her statement came as she continued to receive criticism over her relationship with basketball player Chad Gammad. Some online users have questioned the couple’s age difference and the timeline of their relationship.
In an earlier Facebook exchange, Apple clarified that she and Chad started dating in April 2026. She also said that the athlete moved to the Philippines from Canada the previous year and that they did not know each other before then.
The content creator previously rejected allegations being made against her and defended the circumstances surrounding their relationship. Chad has also spoken publicly in support of Apple amid the negative comments.
