Nicole Donesa gave her followers a lighthearted update as she continued recovering after undergoing a BBL and tummy tuck.

The actress shared a short reel on Instagram that mixed her current discomfort with excitement over the results of the procedures. Instead of posting a long explanation, Nicole relied on humorous overlay text to show what was going through her mind during recovery.

“When you're in pain and recovering but suddenly remember that you have a new body thanks to your BBL and Tummy Tuck,” the text on the video read.

The line framed the recovery period in a playful way even as the celebrity acknowledged the pain she was experiencing.

In the caption of the Instagram reel, Nicole told her followers that she plans to share more about the outcome later.

“Full results and updates coming soon!” she wrote.

She also included the hashtags “#bbl,” “#tummytuck,” and “#icondoll.” The actress tagged Doc Yappy and The Icon Clinic PH as well.

For now, the personality has not shown the complete results in the post. Her wording indicated that a separate update may follow, although she did not provide a specific date for it.

Nicole is known as an actress and former beauty queen. She earned the Third Princess title at Miss World Philippines 2014 and later appeared in several television programs, including the GMA drama “Bihag.”

It was also on the set of “Bihag” where she became acquainted with actor Mark Herras in 2019. The two eventually became a couple and welcomed their first child, Corky, in January 2021. They had a civil wedding in September of the same year.

Their family later grew with the arrival of their daughter, Mija, on June 25, 2025. Nicole and Mark had announced the second pregnancy in December 2024 before revealing that they were expecting a baby girl.
