Mimiyuuuh revealed that a wish she once made about becoming wealthy appears to have manifested in her life, as she reflected on her journey from experiencing financial hardships to achieving greater stability for herself and her family.

During her guest appearance on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Thursday, July 30, Mimiyuuuh opened up about the changes in her life and how her success has affected the way some people perceive her.
Host Boy Abunda first brought up the controversies that often come with being a celebrity, including criticisms that Mimiyuuuh has supposedly become less relatable after achieving success.
Boy asked her how much truth there was to the claims from critics who accused her of leaving her followers behind, becoming no longer relatable, and becoming too sophisticated.

Mimiyuuuh said that relatability depends on how people perceive her, noting that what some may consider a loss of relatability could instead be seen as an aspiration.
“I think depende rin po talaga yan sa perspective ng mga tao, Tito Boy. Kasi pwede pong yung relatability ko po ay naging aspiration na sa kanila. And alam mo, Tito Boy, parang napapagod na rin po kasi sa conversation na 'to. Kasi paulit-ulit na lang. Kahit ano pong sabihin ko, may ibabato pa rin po yung ibang tao. So parang ang sa akin lang po eh, bahala na po kayo sa buhay ninyo, basta ako, nakaangat na ako, kimi kimi”
Boy then pointed out that such criticism can be considered part of the price of being a celebrity, especially because Mimiyuuuh has been open about her personal story and journey.
He explained that while some people may simply look for something to criticize, others may look to her story for inspiration. He also highlighted the idea that seeing someone achieve their goals can make others believe that they can accomplish something similar.
“No, pero Mimi, that's the price of celebrity. Yes, paulit-ulit yan. You know why? Because you've been very open about your story. And others, naghahanap lang yan ng masasabi. Pero may mga iba naman na naghahanap talaga ng inspirasyon. Kasi, you know, I don't know who guessed it here on the show, but I like that line: ‘If she did it, I can do it.’”
Mimiyuuuh agreed with Boy and added that she takes pride in how much she has changed over the years.
She shared that she believes it would be more concerning to look back at an older version of yourself years later and realize that there had been no growth or progress.
“Totoo po. Totoo.”
“At saka pwede ko pong i-add, Tito Boy, na parang hindi po ba mas nakakatakot na pag tinignan niyo po yung past version of yourself, after five years, you're still the same person? Walang growth. Stagnant. And ako po, sobrang proud po ako sa changes in my life because I did it not only for myself, but also maka-inspire po ng maraming tao, Tito Boy.”
The conversation then shifted to Mimiyuuuh’s financial success and whether she enjoys being wealthy compared with her life in the past.
When Boy asked if it felt good to be rich, Mimiyuuuh acknowledged that her circumstances have significantly changed. She recalled coming from a difficult financial background and explained that becoming wealthy had long been one of her dreams, particularly for her family.
“Compared po dati, talaga naman, Tito Boy. Kasi galing rin po ako talaga sa wala. So yun po talaga ang pangarap ko for my family—na parang sana magkaroon kami ng sariling bahay. Kasi 'di ba, Tito Boy, pinapalayas kami dati? Palipat-lipat kami ganyan. So parang gusto ko talagang yumaman.”
Mimiyuuuh then recalled a manifestation she had made in the past. Instead of asking for a boyfriend, she jokingly said that she had asked to become wealthy, and she now feels that the wish may have come true.
“Tsaka alam mo ba, Tito Boy, minanifest ko kasi 'yun nung dati. Na parang, 'Sana kahit huwag niyo na po ako bigyan ng boyfriend, payamanin niyo na lang po ako.' So parang ayun yata ang nangyari ngayon sa akin, Tito Boy.”
Her revelation prompted Boy to ask, “Hindi ka binigyan ng boyfriend?”
Mimiyuuuh confirmed it while maintaining the lighthearted tone of their conversation.
“Hindi talaga! Ang hirap, Tito Boy.”
