Based on the document, the request seeks to formally change his daughter’s registered name from Claudia Isabelle Barretto Baldivia—Baldivia, his real surname—to simply Claudia Isabelle Barretto in official records.

Following this, Dennis posted a throwback photo showing him embracing Julia and Claudia during their childhood years. Alongside the image, he added an on-screen message expressing longing and affection, emphasizing that his feelings remain unchanged regardless of surname or family name usage.
