John Prats gets real on struggle to finding time for family bonding

Actor-director John Prats and his wife, actress-model Isabel Oli, recently shared heartwarming photos from their family vacation in Discovery Boracay Resort, where they spent four days unwinding and reconnecting with their kids, Lilly Feather, Daniel Freedom and Lilla Forest.

John opened up about the challenges of being a busy working dad balancing his career and fatherhood, admitting, “Sa totoo lang, sobrang hirap talaga maghanap ng schedule para makapag-bonding kaming buong pamilya, ako laging nasa work, si misis may sariling commitments, tapos ang mga kids busy rin sa school. Kaya itong bakasyon namin sa Discovery Boracay felt extra special.”

He described the getaway as a precious break, writing, “Apat na araw lang kami dito pero bawat oras, puno ng tawa, kwento, at pagmamahal. Parang bumagal ang oras, walang iniisip na trabaho, walang stress, puro saya lang.” John also extended his gratitude to the resort staff, saying, “Maraming salamat sa lahat ng staff ng Discovery Boracay for making our stay super memorable. Ang warm ng hospitality ninyo, ramdam naming pamilya kami dito. Spoiled is an understatement. Definitely babalik kami dito.”

The Prats-Oli family said the vacation served as a treasured pause from their busy lives, allowing them to focus on each other and the simple joys of being together in paradise.

John Prats is a well-known actor, comedian, director, and television host in the Philippines. In 2014, the Kapamilya star organized a flash mob and proposed to Isabel Oli in Eastwood City. On May 16, 2015, he married Isabel Oli. They have three children: Feather, Freedom, and Forest.

As they mark a decade of marriage, the lovely couple took to their respective Instagram accounts to greet each other. In his message, the actor-director reacted to how time seemed to pass quickly. John also stressed that marrying Isabel is the best decision he made in his entire life. Isabel, on the other hand, expressed how grateful she is to God for blessing her with John, whom she described as her childhood crush.

She also wished John a happy birthday and expressed how she is fond of having conversations with her dear friend.
