Sachzna Laparan has taken to her personal Facebook account to air her frustration over purported dishonesty in her ongoing home construction project.

On Tuesday, July 22, Sachzna claimed that she was taken advantage of while having her home built, with some workers assuming she wouldn’t notice because of her profession.
“Vlogger naman yan, di naman nya malalaman,” she wrote, echoing what the workers allegedly said.
“Grabe na mga tao ngayon, nagpapagawa lang ako ng bahay may pandadaya ng nagaganap,” Sachzna lamented.

The influencer and vlogger went on to publicly voice her need for a reliable and ethical contractor. She likewise stressed she’s generous with payments and easy to work with—just not when deception is involved.
“I need a contractor who is trustworthy and fair with their work at hands on talaga sa mga tao nya. Galante ako pag dating sa payments at mabilis kausap wag lang talaga dadayain.”
In the comments section, she added that she has more construction projects in progress and is seeking a dependable contractor for a long-term partnership.
“Sunod sunod din ako nagpapagawa ng property. So lets help each other. Long term to!” she wrote, encouraging interested parties to message Marygold Pchc directly.

Meanwhile, Xian Gaza has released a statement regarding the alleged reason behind the disabling of Sachzna Laparan's Facebook page. According to him, it wasn’t due to online c^sino promotion, but rather some posts that allegedly violated Facebook’s policies, such as GCash giveaways and SaSkin distribution. Xian emphasized that Sachzna is not a scammer, but claimed that some of her activities went against Facebook’s standards.
