The photos show Ryza’s drastic weight loss, which is also needed for her new role. According to Ryza, she was able to lose 16 lbs in a month — from 125 lbs to 109 lbs.

Advice ko lang din po sa mga may plano na mag-start ng kanilang weight loss journey: you just have to be physically, emotionally, and most importantly, mentally committed kasi hindi po siya madali. Pero with a proper plan, kayang- kaya nyo po siya ma-achieve.
