In a heartfelt post shared with his followers, Xian openly admitted that his previous online conduct was a manifestation of the turmoil within his own mind.

In his reflective post, Xian Gaza shared, "Kapag may kilala kang isang tao na sobrang ingay sa social media tapos lahat na lang ay pinupuna o lahat na lang ay may say siya, it means walang kapayapaan ang kanyang isipan. Yung social media activity niya ay repleksyon kung gaano kagulo ang buhay niya. Paano ko nasabi? Bakit ko alam? Kasi gano'n na gano'n ako before kaya napakaingay ko.“

He also shared a valuable insight gained from his journey of self-discovery and growth, saying that people who have inner peace have no time to be toxic on social media and meddle with other people’s lives.

"I realized na kapag pala payapa ang buhay at isipan ng isang tao eh hinding-hindi ito magiging toxic sa Facebook. Wala siyang time para problemahin ang buhay ng iba," Xian said.
