Maxene Magalona posted a heartwarming message about her in-laws, Roberto Mananquil and Millet Martinez Mananquil.

KAMI learned that Maxene celebrated the New Year's Eve with the parents of her husband, Rob Mananquil.

According to Maxene, she laughed a lot during their celebration because of Roberto’s jokes and Millet’s stories.

She also described her in-laws as two of the kindest and most loving people she has ever met. Aside from posting the message, Maxene also uploaded photos of their get-together.

Maxene is currently a hot topic on social media after she seemingly deleted the photos of her husband, Rob Mananquil, and removed Rob’s surname from her name on Instagram. She has also unfollowed Rob on Instagram.

“I spent New Year’s eve having dinner with my in laws Dad #RobertoMananquil and Mom @milletmartinezmananquil. Every time I hang out with them, I learn and enjoy so much. I love hearing Dad’s funny jokes that make me laugh so much as well as Mom’s stories from the past that come with life lessons which I cherish and keep with me forever.

“I just want to take this moment to show my love and gratitude for two of the kindest and most unconditionally loving souls that I’ve ever met in this lifetime. I wouldn’t be the person I am today if not for them. The love that they have for me and their children is just so pure and rare which is why I would like to honor and share it. God bless you both,” Maxene wrote on Instagram.

Maxene Magalona is an actress and social media star in the Philippines. Her father is the late rap legend, Francis Magalona, and her siblings are Saab Magalona and Elmo Magalona. She is married to Rob Mananquil.

Months ago, Maxene posted on Instagram that she has left Bali after staying there for more than a year. The actress said that she cannot believe she is finally back in Manila and that adjusting to being back in the city might not be so easy.

Earlier, Maxene penned a lengthy social media post dedicated to her spouse Rob Mananquil. In the said post, the actress expressed appreciation to Rob who opted to stay by her side after seeing her at her worst. She likewise said that her husband’s love has truly been the greatest form of therapy for her healing.
