Serbia coach Sasha Djordjevic has commented over the performance of Gilas Pilipinas during the FIBA World Cup match on Monday.

KAMI learned that the Serbian team has defeated the Gilas Pilipinas with a score of 126-67.

In a report by ABS-CBN News, Djordjevic explained that the Philippine team still showed some “talent” and “quickness.”

“I think you showed some talent, some quickness. But obviously, you’re missing quality, and these two games are a result of that,” Djordjevic said.

“Two European top teams who know how to play tough, physical basketball. [These are] results to think about in the future," he added.

According to a report by the Manila Bulletin, the Gilas had a great start. However, the Philippines still received a huge defeat.

In a previous report by KAMI, President Rodrigo Duterte said that the Gilas Pilipinas has no chance in winning against the huge players of Italy.

Gilas Pilipinas is set to face the team of Angola on Wednesday. Included in the final lineup of the Philippine team are Andray Blatche, June Mar Fajardo, Gabe Norwood, Japeth Aguilar, Roger Pogoy, Troy Rosario, Kiefer Ravena, Raymond Almazan, CJ Perez, Paul Lee, Robert Bolick, and Mark Barroca.
