Neri Miranda, nakipagsagutan sa netizen matapos nitong okrayin ang kanyang restaurant

Chito Miranda's wife, Neri Miranda, has been in hot water after responding to a netizen's complaint about her restaurant online.

It can be recalled that Neri established her own restaurant in Tagaytay called Neri's Not So Secret Garden.

KAMI learned that Neri recently posted a photo of her restaurant online where she clarified that it wasn't a fine dining restaurant, "Normal tambayan lang talaga ang @nerisnotsosecretgarden. Di siya fine dining, para lang talagang tambayan sa backyard."

Her post prompted the netizen to share her dissatisfaction with the service of Neri's restaurant, "Kung normal tambayan lang naman pala ang resto mo at hinde fine dining (which I know before going to your resto) eh di sana baguhin nyo yung price list ninyo at wag maningil ng 300 plus para sa cheesestick na parang nabibili kay mamang kariton for 15 pesos. Yung bbq nyo na hilaw on the inside at sunog in the outside na sobrang nipis parang bacon 25 pesos na mabibili mo na 12 sa labas at mas malaman pa. Iakma anh sinasabe monh hinde kayo fine dining kumpara sa presyo inyo.

"And if that's the case, then please learn how to deal with your customers complaints hindi yung sarcastic at magmock kapa sa pagreply sa mga nagcocomplain. Improve on #customerservice101 not tomorrow, not next week, not when you feel like it, but TODAY. Maraming resto ang hindi masarap at kamahalan pero binabalikan kasi maayos ang owner. Sa previous post mo na may comment ako madami nag agree na napaka unprofessional ng sagot mo sakin."

The actress made sure to address the comment online as well, "@astridbee1 hi ate! Wala pong 300 na cheesesticks po sa amin, hehe. Kung di po kayo nasiyahan at ayaw nyo na pong bumalik, ok lang po yun. At sigurado po akong mas marami po talagang masasarap na kainan sa tagaytay. Baguhan palang po kami. Chill lang po. Kasing chill ng Neri's Milktea. Sagot ko na po, hehe! Samahan ko pa po ng napaka sarap na brownies na talaga naman binabalik balikan ng lahat."
