Bela Padilla claps back at basher questioning her friendship with Kim Chiu

Kapamilya stars Bela Padilla, Kim Chiu, and Angelica Panganiban are some of the celebrity BFFs in the showbiz industry. The trio even dubbed themselves as “DaAngBeki” or “AngBeKi” on social media.

However, KAMI learned that one netizen recently questioned the integrity of Bela and Kim’s friendship as he called Bela out for not greeting Kim who recently celebrated her 30th birthday yesterday, April 19.

According to the netizen, “Di nba kau friend ni kim di kapa ata nka greet skanya,” to which Bela responded, “@jake.magbanua pano mo malalaman kung nagtext ako?”

The actress’s witty response elicited reactions among netizens online.

"Mga fans ngayon masyado pakialamera, feeling diktador sa mga idolo nila. Wala ba kayong mga asawa or jowa, or kaibigan, Panay sa artista naikot ang mundo niyo."

"Burn! Hindi naman kse lahat pinopost e. Kahit ako pag bday ng friends or bf ko more on personal mssg ako para may privacy. Wlang maraming nakikialam."

"Online post daw kasi ang counted as greeting ngayon."

"Tama. Hindi naman kasi lahat nang greetings dapat idaan sa social media.ang babaw naman nang basihan nang friendship kung ganun."

"Also Jehovah's Witness si Bela and they don't normally greet people on their birthdays. That is probably why Bela chose to do it in private. Not everything has to be publicized on social media."

As reported earlier by KAMI, a netizen tagged Bela Padilla with a photo of Bea Alonzo. The photo was captioned with, "Ang tunay na dalagang pilipina @padillabela." Bela didn't let it pass and immediately gave a reaction to the erroneous tagging.

Bela Padilla is a Filipino actress who used to be with GMA Network. She's now under ABS-CBN and has done several movies with other Kapamilya stars including Carlo Aquino and JC Santos.
