Julia Barretto had undergone a minor eye surgery recently. It is yet unclear why Julia was in need of medical attention. Erich Gonzales was with her through the operation.

The Kapamilya actress also showed Erich love through her Instagram Stories by ~formally~ giving her the BFF award.

Julia also shared pictures of her after the procedure. The picture showed painful-looking swelling over her right eye.
