The photos sparked interest among netizens as he was seen with a new woman at the event.
His alleged relationship with his newest lady love, Socorro 'Kath' Angeles resurfaced afterwards. It is rumored that he has three kids with Kath already.
KAMI learned that the alleged relationship has garnered mixed reactions from netizens.

Cesar Montano is an actor and film director who has two kids – Angelo and Angela – from his previous relationship with Marilyn Polinga. Angelo died in 2010, according to Inquirer. Actor Diego Loyzaga is Cesar’s son with actress Teresa Loyzaga.
The actor also has three daughters – Angelina, Samantha, and Chesca – with his former wife Sunshine Cruz.
