Kapamilya actor Richard Gomez finally revealed the true reason why his wife Lucy Torres was missing in action during the premiere night of his movie.
KAMI learned that the veteran actor is part of the movie “Three Words To Forever” with former love team Sharon Cuneta and Teen Queen Kathryn Bernardo.
Richard initially expressed that his wife did not attend the important night on November 27 for a reason that has something to do with his tandem with the Megastar.
He stated that it was really Lucy’s choice not to attend because she did not want to disturb the fans of Richard-Sharon tandem.
The actor also reasoned out that it was just a normal reaction for his wife since the same thing happened when he had a movie with Dawn Zulueta.
“Si Lucy, kapag yung movie ko kunyari may ka-love team, hindi talaga siya pumupunta. Syempre para hindi ma-disturb yung mga fans,” Richard quipped.
“Kami ni Dawn meron kaming movie (dati) na ‘Love Affair.’ Di rin pumunta si Lucy doon. (Ngayon), yung movie namin ni Sharon, ganun din. Ayaw niyang nai-istorbo yung mga fans. Gusto niya yung fantasy (nila) andoon,” he added.

Meanwhile, the former She’s Dating the Gangster star could not help but be thankful for the support that he is getting from her daughter Juliana.
He stated that his unica hija is really a movie fanatic just like her loving mother.
“My daughter said last night na it was such a fantastic family movie. Alam mo naman yung anak ko, movie fan ‘yan eh, parang nanay niya ‘yan eh,” Richard concluded.
