Pasok uli siya! KZ Tandingan ranks 4th in episode 7 of Singer 2018

- Pinay singer KZ Tandingan once again wows the world with her performance in the singing competition Singer 2018

- From being on the rank 6 in the previous episode, Tandingan rose to the 4th place

- The Pinay singer shared that her song was replaced just a day before but she made a very empressive rendition of "Say Something"

After her trending performance in The Singer 2018, KZ Tandingan had been known in different parts of the world.

She defeated Jessie J. on the 5th episode with her rendition of the song "Rolling in the Deep."

In an interview, KZ said Episode 6 and 7 were already taped because of the holiday in China.

Tandingan sang "Say Something," during the 7th episode of the show.

According to Cornerstone, she was supposed to sing an original song whose musical arrangement came from the Philippines.

However, the show producer HBS decided to change it during the last minute as they felt the song is not too well known in China.

The singer was suggested to sing "Say Something" as it was one of her audition songs in the said contest.

Macoy Portado, her guitarist joined her performance.

"We had to fly Macoy also last minute for this and she only got to rehearse this song on the day of the recording," they said.

Despite this, KZ managed to land the 4th rank and gets to stay in the competition.

KZ rose to fame in the Philippines after winning the first season of The X Factor Philippines in 2012.

She stood out for her jazzy renditions of popular hits. Aside from her soulful voice, KZ also has amazing rap skills.
