Ebe Dancel felt bad when he actually could not sing to the audience of GenWe Music Festival for Human Rights at UP Diliman last January 26.

The 'Wag ka nang umiyak' original singer explained to his twitter that he was actually sick but he just wants to sing for his supporters.

Ebe admitted that he really wanted to cry because of the incident. He really felt bad that he lost his voice and really could not sing.

Ebe was grateful for his fans sang on his behalf when he could no longer sing anymore.

He really felt a honest frustraion on his part. He then informed the people who will be present for his gig that he really can't play and even sing anymore.

Ebe had a laryngitis and acid reflux last 2016 that made him stop singing for a year.

He was the former lead vocals of the band Sugarfree.

Ebe popularized sugarfree hits such as 'Hari ng Sablay', 'Makita kang muli', 'Tulog na', 'Burnout'and even 'Huwag ka nang umiyak.'
