Marian Rivera responds to a netizen condemning her breasfeeding manner

Maria Letizia Gracia-Dantes who turned one last November 23 had three celebrations.
Kapuso Primetime Royal Couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera promised to give their first child a simple but memorable birthday.
Actress Ai-Ai dela Alas, a close friend of the family posted a video of Marian breastfeeding Baby Zia during the November 25 party.

In her Instagram, the Comedy Queen praised Marian for breastfeeding her goddaughter.
However, one netizen criticized the Kapuso Primetime Queen for doing it in public.
The commenter said it is inappropriate to entertain guests while breastfeeding her child.

"For me dapat nasa private room siya nag-breastfeeding kasi hindi maganda mag-entertain ng bisita while she's doing breastfeed espicially party. And then [when] she's finished doing her breastfeed pwede na silang dalawa lumabas na mag ina," IG user @melryu wrote in the comment sections.
Marian replied to the netizen explaining that it is okay to breastfeed a baby in public as long as there is a cover.
"Walang masama sa pag papadede sa anak in public lalo kung may cover naman," the actress said.
(There is nothing wrong with breasfeeding a child in public especially if there is a cover.)
"Hindi ka pa siguro nanay o wala ka pang anak kaya hindi mo maiintindihan," Marian added.
(Perhaps, you are not yet a mother or you still have no child so you will not understand.)

Ai-Ai, on the other hand, also came to defend Marian.
"Walang private room doon kasi birthday nung isang bata sa function room. Alangan naman sa CR mo pa padedehin si z. Kaya nga ginawa iyong breastfeeding infinity scarf for baby (nursing cover) para sa mga situations na ganito," she stressed.
(There was no private room there because another birthday celebrator was using the function room. Are we supposed to breastfeed Baby Z in a comfort room? The reason why breastfeeding infinity scarf for baby (nursing cover) was made, is for situations like this.
Recently, Marian was awarded Breastfeeding Influencer and Advocate by the Mother and Child Nurses Association of the Philippines, Inc. (MCNAP) for promoting breastfeeding to all mothers who have babies.
