Mariel Padilla, nagpakatotoo na wala silang budget para sa campaign ni Robin Padilla

Mariel Padilla, 37, was recently interviewed by Ogie Diaz where she answered a couple of questions about Robin Padilla's campaign.
It is worth noting that Robin is among the list of senatorial candidates and is under the PDP-Laban faction.
During the interview, KAMI learned that Ogie frankly asked Mariel whether or not her live selling is for her to help Robin.

"Totoo ba yung balita na kaya ka nagla-live selling para makatulong kay Robin? Dahil nga si Robin ay tumatakbong senador," he asked.

Without any hesitation, Mariel said yes, stating that she used it to make tarpaulins and caps for Robin's campaign.
"Yes, most of yung kinikita ko talaga, ipinangbibili ko ng tarp, pinanggagawa ko ng t-shirt. From my last live selling, nakapagpagawa ako ng caps and baller bands," she answered.
Ogie soon told Mariel that this prompted others to speculate whether or not they have a budget for the campaign.
"Syempre, ang impression nung iba diyan, wala bang budget si Robin Padilla? Bakit kailangan si Mariel ay mag-dispose ng mga collection niya?" Ogie asked.
According to Mariel, while she doesn't have to do the live selling for Robin's campaign, she still wants to do it to support her husband.
"Hindi naman kailangan, gusto ko diba? But wala naman talaga kaming money for that, for those things, and ang dami talagang humihingi sa akin. Humihingi sila ng t-shirt sa akin, sasabihin nila sa akin, gusto nilang tumulong, gusto nila ng tarpaulin pero sa akin sila laging humihingi, eh minsan wala na rin. So kailangan lagi akong meron kasi ang daming humihingi sa akin."

As previously reported by KAMI, Mariel Padilla was taken to the hospital by Robin Padilla due to an ear problem she has been complaining about. The action star had to cancel all of his appointments to take Mariel to the hospital. She then underwent a CT scan and an X-ray and met with an ENT doctor to have her ear checked.
Meanwhile, Mariel Padilla took to Instagram to thank the people who supported her online selling. Previously, Mariel made headlines for finally fulfilling her dreams of becoming a live seller. On Facebook alone, Mariel's video reached over 5 million views and 95,000 comments. She then shared on social media the influx of messages she received after her live selling.
