Heart Evangelista uploaded a simple, yet meaningful post for her husband, Gov. Chiz Escudero, on her IG account.

The actress is in the midst of a lock-in taping, with her co-stars and production team, of the TV series “I Left My Heart In Sorsogon.”

The TV series is said to be the brainchild of Heart and is geared towards showcasing the beauty of Sorsogon province, her adopted place.

The actress came back recently from the United States after going there on official business.

After flying back to the Philippines, she had to buckle down to work right away on her TV series after undergoing the mandatory quarantine.

Both Heart’s and Chiz’s hectic schedule might not have allowed the couple to see each other frequently, more so that the actress is now in a lock-in taping.

Added to that is the equally busy schedule of Chiz, next year being an election year.

This might have prompted Heart to post a loving message for her husband.

“Miss you @escuderochiz,” Heart wrote.

The actress did not indicate when their lock-in taping would end, though Chiz might not have to wait for a long time.

Love Marie Payawal Ongpauco-Escudero, more popularly known by her stage name, Heart Evangelista, is a Pinay actress, singer, TV host, endorser, visual media artist, philanthropist, socialite, and also the first lady of Sorsogon province.

In her latest TV series, "I Left My Heart In Sorsogon," Heart portrays the role of Celeste, the love interest of actor Richard Yap. Paolo Contis, the estranged partner of LJ Reyes, is also co-starring in the series.

Heart had also previously shared on Instagram the manner by which her husband, Chiz Escudero, expressed her love for her. The actress said that after two months of dating, they both professed their deep love for each other. However, instead of doing it the traditional way, Chiz opted a more unique manner of expressing his undying devotion for his future wife. He wrote right on the arms of Heart that he will love her forever and that there would be no one else.
